A tailored, dual response for a modern renovation of the shopping centre. Cut-out volumes, plants, new colour codes and light boxes set a new pace on the facade. An overall harmony improves the understandability of the various areas and the general visibility of the shopping centre. Inside the shopping mall, a new clarity comes from a better use of the lighting fixtures and window wells. New rest areas with uncluttered lines give a friendly look-and-feel to the shopping centre's promenades. A "green" project totalling nearly 6 months of night work, almost unnoticed by the customers, for an overall price of EUR 5.2 million.
