SET TARGET :
Construction of a building capable of symbolising a transparency and reliability policy.
THE SOLUTION OFFERED BY SUD ARCHITECTES :
Symmetry/geometry/axiality are the design bases of this building, which consists in two parallelepipeds placed at a 45° angle, the intersection of which forms a cylinder. The project is based on the 'form/material/function' trinomial: cylinder, curves and concrete for the public open space; cubes, straight lines and glass for the offices; parallelepipeds, straight lines and stone for service spaces. Superimposed footbridges and a patio covered by an atrium window at the centre of the building ensure a perfect communication between the various functions. The materials are contemporary and the steel joinery facades required a Technical Experimental Assessment (ATEx).
