THE SOLUTION OFFERED BY SUD ARCHITECTES :
Favouring qualitative research and representing modernity with an architecture respectful of the natural environment: limited height for buildings, and high quality exterior fittings in order to strongly upgrade the site for its future urban development. The U-shaped complex surrounds a large interior garden and has two types of facades: on the western side, a facade paned and protected from the sun by a series of overhanging slats and slabs; on the eastern side, a bright and solid facing pierced with randomly-placed vertical windows.
