Champ de Mars Valence (France)
Contexte & enjeux
18 grandstanding 5-floor apartments and 3 individual duplex houses. Instead of a school annex, the project incorporates city-center accommodation into district renovation work, bearing the surrounding architecture in mind.
The approach is elegance and timeless architecture, remaining open to others while preserving its intimacy.
In an exceptional location, on the corner of Place Aristide Briand and Avenue du Champ de Mars, the project maintains public space, assuming its contextual modernity. The residence is distributed around a scented garden that highlights a tall existing linden from Chenu.
