Contexte & enjeux

Situated on the hills of Beirut, the Notre Dame de Louaizé university site will become home to a 48,000 m² innovative hospital with high environmental quality and 440 beds, built on a 40-hectare plot of land. Excellence, modernity and prospective guide the establishment’s design, where innovation and research advance at the same time as care protocols.
This project respects the American LEED certification dedicated to sustainable development. It will be the first hospital in the Middle East built in respect of the environment. It also aims to achieve GOLD level.
