Within the framework of the 'Large City Project of La Duchère', restoring people's desire and willingness to live in a former deprived neighbourhood.
THE SOLUTION OFFERED BY SUD ARCHITECTES :
Creation of high-end housing units with a modern and humanised architecture. The building features a break within a certain continuity. Modernity, which places the inhabitants at the heart of the architectural reflection, takes the form of a duplication of positive elements of the ancient built environment, as if it were a tribute to the former Dubuisson building. The inside/outside link is strongly emphasised. Inside, the day-time areas are widely opened towards the outside world, the environment and light sources. Outside, the large terraces and loggias offer a true living continuity.
