PROJECTS Business

Leto Shopping Centre - Saint Petersburg (Russia)

SET TARGET :
Reorganising the customer's route and redesigning the shopping centre's layout in order to optimise the management of inside and outside flows;
boosting the shopping centre's appeal.

THE SOLUTION OFFERED BY SUD ARCHITECTES :
Restructuring the spatial organisation. The stores are distributed according to their size and type; the number of access points and their locations are reviewed to smoothly and homogeneously direct the flows towards all the areas of the shopping centre; the location, area and lighting of the public leisure areas are rethought so as to offer a shopper-friendly environment. ; the technical areas are optimised for more convenience.
Generating desire. The identity of the shopping centre is reasserted, and its visibility improved: its name is displayed with green, 15m-high letters placed against a blue background and can be seen from a very busy street. The building's potential is fully used again: four monumental entrances are transformed into greenhouses, with glass panels and 'vegetal' elements.
The inside and outside environments converse and invite the customers to discover and visit this new-generation shopping centre.
