Within the La Doua science park, providing for the establishment of buildings commensurate with the scientific and academic cluster. Ensuring a high flexibility with regard to both the subdivision of the rental areas and their adaptability to different uses.

THE SOLUTION OFFERED BY SUD ARCHITECTES :
Buildings designed in a sober and graphic-like style which accommodates the technological nature of their future uses. The rigour of the design is softened by the use of glass (for transparency) and metal (for airiness). Flexibility comes from a combination of posts/beams and out-of-the-way stair and lift cores, which create vast modular spaces. In response to the orthogonal architecture of the workplaces, rotundity is the predominant feature of the places of hospitality. Sober, yet important, are the green open spaces: turfed areas, climbing plants and maple trees of respectable height.
