Europejski Hotel WARSAW [Poland]

Successful Building Permit application for the rehabilitation of the heritage historical building of the Europejski Hotel in Warsaw and its transformation into a 5+-star palace of 14,200 sq m with 101 suites.
The hotel will house a gastronomic restaurant, a spa and a conference centre. A section of the ground floor will host 2,800 sq m of luxury stores, and 6,100 sq m of office space will be located in the two top floors of the building.

SUD is preparing the execution plans of the Architecture lots, for what will be the largest metro station of Warsaw (6,000 sq m).
Construction works will be carried out by the Italian-Turkish-Polish consortium AGP.

Mixed programme located alongside roadways and comprising collective housing units on the first floor, stores and activities on the ground floor and intermediary housing units at the heart of the block.

KARAWELA - Torun (Poland)

Successful Building Permit application for a 40,500 sq m shopping centre project in Torun, Poland. The building will comprise a 10,000 sq m hypermarket, a food-court, a shopping mall with 135 stores, an open-air car park of 1,040 spaces and a multi-storey car park with 620 spaces.
