Graduate of the Institut Suprieur d'Architecture Saint-Luc in Tournai (Belgium), Patrick Leroy is part of the founding team of Sud Architectes as well. He was successful in a large number of urban projects and not small ones: as regards companies: the 14,000 m of Docksite or the 13,000 m of Infogrames in Lyon and regarding mixed programmes, the 12,500 m of the Mas block in Lyon and the 19,000 m of the Zac St Cosme in Chalon-sur-Sane. The projects of requalification of quarters constitute his privileged field of action.
