SET TARGET :
Requalification of a Skopje neighbourhood, with the establishment of stores, offices, leisure facilities, services and housing units.

THE SOLUTION OFFERED BY SUD ARCHITECTES :
The city is extended so as to maintain an urban homogeneity. The built face, the green meshing, the flow density and management echo the existing situation. The vegetated areas are denser, and the extended connections and urban circulation create a continuity with the town. The establishment of a multi-shopping, cultural, sports, housing, office and service area creates complementarities in the activities and uses. This new appealing area – lively, colourful and bright – extends the morphologic evolution of the city and becomes the keystone of the new neighbourhood. A reference in terms of mastery of urban evolution.
