SET TARGET :
Adding a contemporary and functional structure to a 19th century building which remains a landmark in the surrounding landscape.
THE SOLUTION OFFERED BY SUD ARCHITECTES :
The project adds two new elements to the existing building: a parvise to the East and a belvedere overlooking the park. The project includes a building which starts from the ground floor and naturally climbs up the slope in tiers so as to minimise the impact of its lateral facades on the landscape. The existing park is entirely preserved. This project thus offers new spaces to the citizens while preserving the architectural character of the initial site.
