Situated on 2 islets – developed in partnership with Gaétan Le Penhuel and Saison-Menu – the project is located where the new ecodistrict and historic Paris meet at Pont Cardinet station.
At the exit of the new metro station on line 14, the shopping center is built up along the new main road.
