Opening of the new Raffles Europejski hotel, Warsaw (Poland)
For this exceptional project SUD Polska has provided the architectural and engineering design from the concept to the execution design and construction site supervision. With a total build area of 28 000 m², this project is a real mixed use combining the Raffles 5 stars + palace, 3 000 m² of luxurious retail and 7 000 m² of class A offices. To realise this program SUD has refurbished a prestigious classified building from the XIX century, adding two floors on the top and digging 4 underground levels under the existing courtyard. This opening is the consecration of 10 years of hard work between the first sketches in 2008 and the opening in 2018.
