Contexte & enjeux

In a theme that is so prevalent in island thinking, the planned development invites us to reflect on the link between land and sea, between here and elsewhere. The challenge is to take possession of an elongated space that recedes towards the horizon, to give it rhythm, consistency and centrality.
The extension project will make it possible to accommodate a fleet of yachts on a new scale, to cater for seasonal nautical and tourist activities, and also to provide entertainment throughout the different seasons.
