Contexte & enjeux

Attentive to the history and architecture of the old town, the project is integrated into the panorama and atmosphere of the town. A fragmented facade line on the scale of the city, materials with high quality finishes will guarantee the urban relevance and durability of the constructions. The facades clad with ceramic panels reflect the brightness and colour of the sky, like the shimmering water of the Oder.
A fully pedestrianised shopping street, reminiscent of Swieta Witolda Street, offers quality local shops for future residents.
The high quality residential buildings have collective and private gardens on level +1, on the roof of the shops, with views of the banks of the Oder and the old town.
Each home has large windows and comfortable terraces, which are true extensions of the homes.
