Contexte & enjeux
Preliminary studies for the Ile Porte development. Pioneering economic and ecological center over 100 hectares at the Portes du Beaujolais.
The Ile Porte project consists in the development of an urban project, for economic and ecological use, in close cooperation with the residential departments of Arnas and the other spaces and structuring facilities in the sector.
The studies aim to consider the installation of an innovative technopole-type economic center with a solid reputation over a broad metropolitan area. This installation is joined by the development of a sustainable, diversified commercial offer in synergy with the technopole’s economic activities, and by the development of a tourist destination.
It also contribute to containing the urban spread, while contributing to the approach of Arnas and Villefranche-sur-Saône to create a genuine and new place of life expressed around urban and residential functions.
