Contexte & enjeux
The Parc Mail Ecully site houses the activities of the SEB industrial group. It is a quality tertiary complex established on a six-hectare park.
The guide plan directs the succession of additions built on the site. After a first phase of 5,400 m², SUD installed a second phase of 7,000 m² of offices, the company restaurant and a silo car park.
The architecture of the complex is based on variations on a common identity to create a modern industrial campus. Terracotta and wood are used in the facades of all the programmes.
