These studies also examine existing urban planning documents to test their limits and identify regulatory leeway. They thus help bring forth renewed visions that reconcile controlled densification, quality of use, landscape integration, and environmental transition.
Finally, this work contributed to the ICADE–SCET Barometer on the transformation of city entrances, offering a strategic analysis of the changes underway in a context marked by the restructuring of large retail spaces, net-zero land-use change targets, and growing housing needs.
