PROJECT ASSISTANT - Paris
Responsibilities
Working within the project team and in direct collaboration with the project manager,
you actively take part in the design of architectural projects:
- Contribute to the architectural and technical development of projects at every phase, from concept design to completion.
- Incorporate technical requirements provided by the engineering consultants and the quantity surveyor, in coordination with the project manager.
- Produce and format design and presentation documents: written documents, plans, sections, detail drawings, elevations, images, models, etc.
- Take part in leading project meetings with the client, users and the various members of the design team.
Candidate profile
An architect or architect-engineer, you have at least 2 years of experience in an architecture firm and a solid understanding of building regulations.
You demonstrate strong observation, analytical and adaptability skills. Your collaborative mindset, interpersonal skills and creativity allow you to fit easily into a team dynamic. Rigorous, methodical and detail-oriented, you are also comfortable handling a wide range of assigned tasks.
Technical skills
Proven proficiency in REVIT and AUTOCAD.
