Contexte & enjeux

Protected from peripheral road nuisance, the project creates a quiet place for urban living. The urban, architectural and landscape ambitions take the neighbourhood into a new environment dominated by generous vegetation.

Three distinct lots are distributed around a private pleasure garden. This natural space is made permeable to the view from the public space by transparencies that punctuate the pedestrian’s walk. The building complex, with its fragmented volumetry, offers a varied and cut-out layout, with a continuous building front.
