CENTRALNA PARK Varsaw (Poland) - 2015

Contexte & enjeux

Urban planning and architectural study for the development of the land located above the rails of Warsaw’s central station for the PKP group (Polish Railways).

The project develop a 140,000 m² programme of offices, services, hotels and gastronomy organised around a park open to all the inhabitants and users of this business district of the Polish capital.
The highlight of the project will be the creation of a 200 m high tower located at the intersection of the city’s two main avenues, just opposite the central station.
