Contexte & enjeux
Urban happiness goes beyond the essential application of energy recipes.
The Vallin-Fier Eco-district, which is sustainable and responsible, is a real social project based on an innovative housing concept that promotes the development of its inhabitants. Promiscuity in the city becomes proximity, happy sharing and neighbourliness.
Innovative living comfort allows users to take part in the life of their neighbourhood in spaces for sharing and meeting with defined functions.
On the roofs, a collective and participative greenhouse offers a small plot of land with the appearance of allotments to share and cultivate oneself. The new buildings are built around a residential garden for private use.
