In Łódź, the Manufaktura project is transforming the 28 hectares of the former Poznański textile factory into a vast mixed-use urban complex in the heart of the city. This redevelopment project is breathing new life into a major industrial heritage site, preserving and showcasing its iconic structures while adapting them to new, contemporary uses.
