Located near the former Cité Berliet, the project involves the architectural and landscape redesign of the Renault Trucks commercial site, covering an area of 15 hectares. Carried out while the site remains in use, the project was designed to ensure that campus operations continue uninterrupted throughout the construction period.
The project establishes a strong architectural identity, conceived as a powerful image-building tool for the company. Through a cohesive approach to the site’s three buildings, the architecture embodies Renault Trucks’ values: innovation, industrial commitment, and regional roots.
The redevelopment combines the transformation of the facades, the restructuring of workspaces, and landscape enhancements to create a contemporary, accessible, and unifying environment. The project thus reflects the company’s desire to project its industrial heritage through a forward-looking vision, while reinforcing its presence in the Lyon region.
