Contexte & enjeux
This project has taken into account a layout that allows an opening onto the Great Landscape with an orientation thought out according to the practices of the users:
clarity and safety of flows, management of solar gain, reflections and potential glare… with a clear view of the Pyrenees.
Without architectural gesticulation, the project fits naturally into the landscape of the area thanks to simple and functional geometries serving the programme.
In order to minimise the carbon impact and favour local resources, the materials used are
– a glued laminated timber frame and supporting structure
– site concrete for the facades

Program
Sports pool 312.50 m2 (5 lanes) + Activity/leisure pool 150 m2 + Animated paddling pool 40 m2 + Wellness area (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and sensory showers) + Outdoor area with terrace, sunbathing lawns and water play area + Reception and service rooms for users and staff + Slide 60 ml + Outdoor aquatic area (leisure pool 200 m2 + 4-lane pentaglide /40ml)
