Contexte & enjeux
Carried out in partnership with Groupe Relyens and Carré d’Or, this restructuring of a building dating from the 1960s includes a reinterpretation of the existing façade, an upgrade of the ground floor by creating a moat, redesigned landscaping and the addition of an attic level with terraces and views over the Parc de la Tête d’Or.
