RAFFLES EUROPEJSKI HOTEL Varsaw (Poland) - 2018

Contexte & enjeux

For this exceptional project, the SUD Architects agency in Poland was responsible for the concept, execution and site supervision.
With a surface area of 28,000 m², this project is in fact a real “mixed use” combining the 5 star + Raffles palace, 3,000 m² of luxury shops and 7,000 m² of class A offices.

To carry out this programme, Sud Architectes rehabilitated a listed 19th century building by adding two extra levels at the top and creating 4 basement levels under the existing courtyard between the historic facades.

It took 10 years of work between the first pencil strokes in 2008 and the long awaited opening in 2018.
