The future Medipole introduces itself to the press, Lyon (France)

On May 17th, Resamut and Capio organised a visit of the construction site along with a press briefing to present the progress of the project, result of an innovative cooperation between the two groups.

Located in the heart of the Lyon city area on the East zone of Villeurbanne, the Medipole will open in January 2019. After 13 months of important construction works, the building of a surface area of 60 000 sqm, 26 m height, 170 m height and 80 m width with 7 levels, reflects a monumental image, but also one engaged in sustainable development, which seeks the “Excellent” HQE certification.
