Contexte & enjeux
Located on the outskirts of the city, the main objective of the Comminges Pyrenées Hospital in Saint-Gaudens is to contribute to the improvement of the healthcare offer for the town and its surroundings.
It must integrate harmoniously into the urban and landscape environment and combine multiple qualities: medical efficiency, optimal management of flows, quality of reception and working conditions, quality of architecture, flexibility and modularity, sustainable development, while preserving the connection to an existing network and to a functioning establishment for which a 10-year operation/maintenance contract will result.
