Contexte & enjeux
To the west of the centre of Ferney-Voltaire, the operation is at the crossroads of strategic and diverse areas : the Ferney-Voltaire Innovation urban development zone to the east, an area of suburban housing to the north and agricultural areas to the south. Between rural and urban areas, the “Planches Brûlées” site provides a quality setting for developing services and housing.
The programme consists of 40 buildings: individual, intermediate and collective housing and business premises. In addition, a 4-star hotel will mark the entrance to the site. The scale of the operation ranges from R+1 to R+3 + attic.
