Contexte & enjeux

The project fits into the original “skeleton” and is then organised around an envelope that guarantees all the performances of a new programme.

For reasons of coherence and harmony, the project reuses the system of facades that we had developed at the time in the neighbouring building housing IBM’s regional headquarters and whose quality and durability is still relevant today.
This system is based on a graphic interplay between the solids constituted by a terracotta shingle cladding and the voids, those of the building’s windows made up of anthracite grey aluminium joinery and clear transparent glazing.

This operation completes the requalification of the entire Sauvegarde site into a completely renewed tertiary building stock.
