Urban planning study for the establishment of a tourist centre including leisure activities, shops, housing, hotels and services, then design of these buildings, public spaces and living areas. A complex of several million square metres in harmony with the environment.

This program combines modern architecture and state-of-the-art equipment and technology for user comfort, while respecting the historical and cultural heritage of this region.
