Contexte & enjeux

Refurbishment and extension of a Breeam and BBC Effinergie Rénovation certified office building.

Creation of a company restaurant and a patio that bring life back to the heart of the block and allow the creation of links between users.

The Patio, built in the 1980s, is an office building whose properties no longer correspond to current needs. The renovation of
12,000 m² was an opportunity to redefine the distribution of interior spaces and their relationship with the environment.
A more user-friendly image of the site allows for renewed uses and practices, with the possibility of hosting several companies around common services.
In particular, the creation of a company restaurant and a patio provides a lively atmosphere in the heart of the block and creates links between users.

This is a second life for Le Patio, a building that was renovated in one year in line with a demanding environmental approach, with HQE Rénovation, Breeam and BBC Effinergie Rénovation certifications.
