UNIQUE TOWER Varsaw (Poland) - 2021

Contexte & enjeux

Located on the prestigious Grzybowksa Street in Warsaw, in an area of booming residential and office towers, Unique Tower is a high-end residential and hotel project integrating restaurant and wellness services in line with the New York projects.
The building consists of a five-storey podium with commercial and office functions and two lobbies leading to the two residential towers and the four-star Royal Tulipe hotel.
The tallest tower of 29 floors rises to 100m and its organic architecture with its sculptural corner treatment makes it the calling card of the project and a striking signal in a rapidly developing district. The penthouses on the top floors of the tower will have an exceptional view of Warsaw’s “modern business district” and its skyline of skyscrapers.
